The Berulo Foundation, founded by Cyusa Ian Berulo on August 4, 2017, is dedicated to combating school dropouts, violence, and delinquency while supporting underprivileged communities. It promotes unity, solidarity, and community collaboration, and trains different age groups, with a particular focus on students and the wider community, in saving and financial literacy.
The Foundation provides humanitarian aid during times of war, disaster, and in hospitals, fights human trafficking, advocates for human rights, and addresses climate change. It emphasizes using technology for sustainable solutions and empowering the next generation to become responsible, compassionate leaders with empathy and integrity.

The story behind the mission
Cyusa Ian Berulo
Despite the overwhelming pain and hardship, he discovered that compassion, deep empathy, and solidarity have the profound power to lift people out of suffering. His passion gave him the strength to overcome these struggles, and his immense empathy continues to guide his mission. This deep realization fuels his personal mission to ensure that others do not endure the anguish he has experienced. It is a promise engraved in his heart, reflected in his powerful motto: “They shall not suffer as we have suffered.”

BERULO CARE is a heartwarming program created by Cyusa Ian Berulo, bringing children together every weekend to share joyful moments, learn, and grow. It offers a space where kids enjoy fun activities while learning inclusion, respect, and kindness. Through shared meals and laughter, the program fosters belonging. In addition, BERULO CARE provides children with tangible capital while teaching savings and financial literacy, helping them become self-reliant early. Life skills lessons equip children with resilience and knowledge before the streets take them.

Supporting learners for twelve years with health insurance, school feeding, and income-generating activities — ensuring no child is left behind.

Education Journey
A long-term education and economic empowerment program implemented through the Berulo App, designed to accompany the school community throughout the twelve years of basic and secondary education.
The program integrates education, financial inclusion, and social protection to ensure that learners remain in school while building a sustainable future. Through the Berulo App, schools are supported to establish productive income-generating activities, such as livestock projects or other sustainable ventures capable of producing continuous returns.

A comprehensive social protection and accountability campaign initiated by Cyusa Ian Berulo through BeruloApp. It is a community-centered initiative designed to prevent school dropout, combat violence, support the reintegration of children in street situations, and protect vulnerable youth while strengthening accountability across schools and local government.
